CHAIN STORE CLERKS

These chain store clerks know nothing about books
And that's undeniable fact.
Compare a bookseller to a register jockey -
A statesman to a bureaucrat!

Handling Truth

Let us seek out Truth wherever we may find her.
She is not found strolling down the average street.
Sometimes she is found under flat rocks among snakes
Or she is found in dark corners among cobwebs,
Often in stagnant pools swimming among tadpoles.
A traditional method of seeking Truth is
Getting down on one's knees & peeking through keyholes,
Or peeping on tip-toe through low bedroom windows.
For centuries philosophers sought Truth
By means of many such old & honored methods.
With the rise of modern science, new ways were found.
One easily tape records a conversation

I SEE A BELL...

I see a bell in the distance
And my ears ring.

THE 1st CHILL WIND

The 1st chill wind of winter,
Like smoke from an unknown fire.

DROP THE DRUGS

Drop the drugs
And take Revolution instead!

Take one Revolution pill in the morning
And one at night.

Read, study.
Look for guidance.
Talk to your friends.

We need a Revolution, not some fleeting "high".

Drop the drugs!
Drop the drugs!

I THINK THE SCRABBLE BOARD ON SOUL TRAIN IS RIGGED!

STOP PUTTING JELLO IN THE FISH TANK!

No one thinks it's funny!

I double dog dare ya
